Our Current Workshop Season

(Wo)man vs. Machine: Leveraging Your Human Skills in the Age of AI

After exploring future skills in our Spring–Summer 2025 season, we’re now turning to one of the most important topics shaping our careers today: Artificial Intelligence and Digitalisation.

As our last workshop with Alyona Bermbach showed, AI is changing not only how we work, but how we think, lead, and connect. And the most in-demand skill right now? Staying human.

That’s why the Women’s Career Growth Community is excited to announce its Fall 2025 workshop season – dedicated to one central question: What sets us apart in the age of AI?

This autumn, we’ll explore how international women professionals can confidently navigate digital transformation, leverage their expertise, and remain visible in a world full of change.

From September to December, we’re hosting a new series of interactive workshops and keynotes, featuring leading voices from consulting, tech, marketing, law, and community leadership.

All events take place in Munich. Sessions are held in English or German, depending on the speaker.

Our operation platform

Most of our events take place in еру Self-Help Centre in
Westendstraße 68 80339 München

Since it's creation in 2023, the Women's Career Growth Community has been operating on the platform and under support of Munich Self-Help Centre (Selbsthilfezentrum München).

For over 30 years, the Munich Self-Help Centre has been the central point of contact for self-help and self-organisation in Munich and the surrounding area.

It works to encourage greater participation, promotes common interests and empowers individuals and groups to take action.

Munich Self-Help Centre sees ourselves as supporters, lobbyists and networkers for self-help groups and self-organised initiatives, and for the concept of self-help as a whole.

Event Format
Depending on the theme and speaker, our events take different forms, ranging from presentations to workshops to panel discussions.
